Protecting your business data is core to BevGenie. This page summarizes the safeguards, infrastructure, and privacy commitments behind the platform. For full details, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Our security practices

ConsumerIQ implements administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including:

  • Encrypted communications in transit (TLS).
  • Encryption at rest through our cloud providers.
  • Authenticated access to all customer data.
  • Role-based administrative controls and least-privilege access.
  • Logging and monitoring of platform activity.
  • Regular backups.
  • Encrypted storage of sensitive credentials.

No system can guarantee absolute security, but we continuously work to protect customer information.

Data isolation

Customer Content is logically isolated within our systems. We do not share Customer Content with other customers, and we do not intentionally use Customer Content to train public foundation models.

Infrastructure & sub-processors

BevGenie runs on trusted, industry-standard cloud infrastructure. Our key providers are:

  • Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
  • Supabase — authentication and PostgreSQL application data (including vector storage).
  • Amazon S3 — designated data ingestion and storage workflows.
  • Anthropic — AI inference.
  • Stripe — billing and payment processing.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Voyage AI — text embeddings for knowledge retrieval (when enabled).

Each provider processes data only as necessary to deliver its respective service.

AI and your data

BevGenie uses AI models provided by Anthropic. Your prompts and Customer Content are processed to provide the requested functionality and are not used to train public foundation models or shared with other customers. AI-generated responses are probabilistic and should be reviewed before making material business decisions.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your information. To make a request, contact privacy@consumeriq.ai and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability or have a security question, please contact us at privacy@consumeriq.ai. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
