Depending on how you use BevGenie, we may collect:

• Password authentication information (managed through Supabase Authentication)

Customer Content includes uploaded files, spreadsheets, documents, datasets, prompts, chat history, reports, knowledge bases, and other business information submitted to BevGenie.

You retain ownership of your Customer Content. ConsumerIQ does not claim ownership of Customer Content. We process Customer Content solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

We use information to:

• provide the Service;
• authenticate users;
• secure accounts;
• process AI requests;
• improve platform performance;
• troubleshoot issues;
• respond to support requests;
• communicate product updates;
• comply with legal obligations;
• detect fraud or abuse.

We strive to collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Service.

BevGenie uses AI models provided by Anthropic to generate responses and insights. When you submit prompts or Customer Content:

• your information is processed to provide the requested functionality;
• processing is performed in accordance with our agreements with service providers;
• ConsumerIQ does not intentionally use Customer Content to train public foundation models;
• Customer Content is not shared with other customers.

AI-generated responses are probabilistic and should be reviewed before making material business decisions.

BevGenie currently utilizes trusted cloud infrastructure providers, including:

• Vercel for application hosting and delivery
• Supabase Authentication for user authentication
• Supabase PostgreSQL (including vector capabilities) for application data
• Amazon S3 for designated data ingestion and storage workflows
• Anthropic for AI inference
• Stripe for billing and payment processing
• Resend for transactional email delivery
• Voyage AI for text embeddings used in knowledge retrieval (when enabled)

These providers process data only as necessary to deliver their respective services.

ConsumerIQ implements administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including:

• encrypted communications (TLS)
• encryption at rest through cloud providers
• authenticated access
• role-based administrative controls
• logging and monitoring
• regular backups
• least-privilege access principles

No system can guarantee absolute security, but we continuously work to protect customer information. Additional information is available in our Security & Trust Center.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information:

• to trusted service providers;
• when required by law;
• to protect rights or safety;
• during mergers, acquisitions, or corporate reorganizations;
• with your consent.

We do not share Customer Content with other customers.

BevGenie is available globally. Your information may be processed or stored in countries other than your own. Where required, ConsumerIQ will implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain platform security. Customer Content may be deleted following account deletion, subject to backup retention schedules and applicable legal requirements.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access your information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, export your information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where applicable, and request restriction of processing.

To exercise these rights, contact privacy@consumeriq.ai. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under applicable California privacy laws, including the right to know, access, delete, and correct certain personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. ConsumerIQ does not sell personal information as defined under California law.

Where applicable, ConsumerIQ processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Depending on your location, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and restriction of processing.

BevGenie is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our business, technology, legal obligations, or services. The “Last Updated” date will indicate the latest revision. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service.
